Sailurunga's Discover Sailing Adventure is available to people of most abilities and is approximately a three hour sail from Urunga To Mylestom Village and back.

It is an ideal way for you and your family, friends or other small groups including those with some disabilities to experience life on and in their appealing rivers while sailing their beautiful waters.

Sailurunga may be lucky and see dolphins, turtles, and Sea eagles among the myriad of life along the rivers. Sailurunga may even visit the remains of one of the historical “Droghers” that used to ply the rivers 120 years ago.

At Mylestom we can take a break (yes, there are clean toilets), and enjoy the stunning river and mountain views, while having coffee, tea, hot muffins or the famous hot chips (or other) before heading back to Urunga.

It has a small outboard motor in the event of too much or too little wind to ensure we get home safely and comfortably.

Sailurunga can cater to a group of up to three adults or two adults and up to two children comfortably depending on their ability and size. No pets, please.

In early 2025 they will also be able to offer a 5-metre pontoon boat capable of carrying 5 passengers and will be wheelchair (1) accessible. Please contact them for updates and more details.
